Build a high-performance, agency-grade Landing page section called "Gateway Portal" in React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with Framer Motion.

## 1. Overview & Visual Objective
Build a React + TypeScript (Vite) single-page hero called Auragate — an immersive, scroll-driven landing experience with a portal zoom-in effect, parallax mouse motion, and an arc-shaped testimonial card carousel. Use inline `style` objects (not CSS modules); Tailwind is only used for a few layout utility classes on one element. No UI libraries.
